1. A deposit of £50 per vehicle is required and is non refundable
2. Payment of the balance is required 14 days prior to the event
3. At least one passenger needs to responsible for ensuring all persons get on and off the bus
4. We will not be held responsible for anyone missing the bus
5. Children must be supervised at all times
6. Hire for under 18's must have a responsible adult on board
7. Items left on the bus are your responsibility, the company will not be held responsible for any losses
8. No food or drinks are permitted unless agreed by us prior to your booking
9. A cleaning charge of £100 will be made if there is excessive dirt/food/drink/vomit found
10. If we have a problem with your choice of bus we reserve the right to replace with another
11. We will not be held responsible for late arrival due to problems outside of our control
12. The hirer is responsible for the cost of rectifying any damaged caused deliberatly or accidently whilst the bus is on hire
